BE IT RESOLVED THAT the minutes of Civic Works Standing Policy Committee held on July 6, 2023 be approved, and the Chair and City Clerk Designate be authorized to sign the same; and

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Civic Works Standing Policy Committee receive as information the Status of Initiatives – 10-05-2023.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Civic Works Standing Policy Committee recommends Council direct Administration to continue with the implementation of Phase 2 as described in the Progress Report - Attachment 1 and report back to a Standing Policy Committee in the spring of 2025 on operating budget and resource impacts.
